How to order online

All Calbiochem, Novabiochem and Novagen products can be purchased online, often for next day delivery. To order products online:
1. Create your web account Click here or select Ordering>>Online Ordering>>Create an Account. Fill in all the required fields and click save at the end of each form. Once you have completed this process you will not need to re-enter these details when placing orders.
2. Add products to your shopping cart There are a number of ways in which products can be added to your shopping cart for purchase: i) Quick Order - Select the icon on the search toolbar, type one or more catalogue numbers into the boxes provided and click submit. The page will change to display the quantities, prices and stock availability for the products you entered. Enter the number you require in the Qty box against the required item and click "Add to cart". ii) From the product detail page - Enter the quantity required against the relevant pack size displayed in the price and availability box, click "Add to cart" button. The display will change to display a summary of the contents of your cart. When you have all the items you require in your shopping cart, click "Check Out".If you are not logged in, the system will prompt you for your login details. iii) From My Product List - My Product List allows you to save a list of products that interest you as you browse the site. You can come back to this whenever you are logged by clicking the notepad icon on the search toolbar. To add a product to your list click the "Add to my Products List" button beneath the price and availability information on any product detail page (you need to be logged in to see this). You can display all the products in your product list at any time by clicking the notepad icon on the search toolbar. You can order products from your product list by checking the relevant boxes to add products to your shopping cart for purchasing.
3. Check Out Once you have added items to your shopping cart for purchase the display will change again to allow you to purchase (check out) or modify your order. To continue to purchase online, select "Check Out" (if you have not yet logged in the system will prompt you for your login details), enter your shipping and invoice details into the spaces provided and click "continue" when complete. Enter your payment details into the next page and click "Continue" when complete.
Internet Explorer 6 contains a bug that may cause problems with the checkout process. If you experience problems please click here for more information and to download a patch from Microsoft.
4. What happens next? After submitting your order you will be sent a Order Confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email please contact us for assistance.Your order will be processed immediately and items that are in stock will be shipped. We will contact you if any items on your order are likely to take more than 5 days to come into stock. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you detailing both the order summary as well as your shipping charges, any applicable ice charges and/or sales tax. Once the items are despatched you will be sent an invoice. If you paid by credit card, the payment will be taken once the goods have been despatched, you will also be sent an invoice for your records.
