Online Ordering Errors - Bug in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6

It has come to our attention that some customers are having difficulty with the checkout process on our website. An article posted on the Microsoft Knowledge Base describes bug in the February 2004 update of Internet Explorer 6. The bug causes this version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6 to periodically not send submitted form data to a secure (https) web server.

On our website, the bug manifests itself during the checkout process by redirecting the user back to the beginning of the checkout process or by displaying the same page without any error messages.

Microsoft has provided a patch to Internet Explorer 6 to solve this problem. The information contained in the following link is fairly technical. If you need assistance, please contact your administrator.
