Western blot analysis of protein kinase C expression in K562 whole cell lysate using standard Western blotting protocols (A) and SignalBoost Immunoreaction Enhancer Kit (B). The nitrocellulose membranes were blocked overnight (PBST, 5% milk), washed in PBST and incubated with a 1:1,000 dilution of primary antibody (Cat. No. OP74) in either blocking buffer (A) or Solution 1 (B) for 1 hour.  The membranes were incubated with a 1:10,000 dilution of HRP-conjugated secondary antibody in either blocking buffer (A) or Solution 2 (B) for 1 hour. The membranes were developed using ECL detection. The exposure time was 30 seconds. Note: [Lane 1] 25 mg total protein [Lane 2] 5 mg total protein [Lane 3] 2.5 mg total protein.
