Polyoxyethyleneglycol Dodecyl Ether Liquid. 10% aqueous solution. Non-ionic detergent useful for the isolation of functional membrane complexes. Can be used in protocols that require UV monitoring of the solubilized proteins because of its low UV absorbance.
