The WideScreen™ Human Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Panel 1 (Apolipoproteins) is a pre-mixed multiplex bead kit of quantitative antibody-based assays for simultaneous detection of seven human apolipoproteins: Apo A-I, Apo A-II, Apo B, Apo C-III, Apo E, Apo H, and Apo J. The kit includes all the reagents and buffers needed to analyze the above proteins in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants using the Luminex® xMAP® System.
