The WideScreen™ Human Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Panel 2 (Inflammation) is a pre-mixed multiplex bead kit of quantitative antibody-based assays for simultaneous detection of six human inflammatory cytokines/chemokines associated with cardiovascular diseases: IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1, MIP-1a, MIP-1b, and TNF-a. The kit includes all the reagents and buffers needed to analyze the above proteins in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants using the Luminex® xMAP® System.
