Detection of human Raptor by immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (80 µg) from HEK293 cells (lane 1) and Raptor immunoprecipitated from 1 mg total protein from HEK293 whole cell lysates (lane 2) (10 µg Anti-Raptor Rabbit pAb, Cat. No. ST1063). Primary antibody for immunoblotting: Anti-Raptor Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1036) (1 µg/ml). Detection: chemiluminescence.
