Detection of human SENP2 by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate (20 µg) from HEK293 cells transfected with full-length, recombinant, human SENP1, SENP2, SENP3, SENP5, SENP6, and SENP7, all fused to a FLAG® tag sequence. Primary antibodies: Anti-FLAG® tag antibody (upper panel) and Anti-SENP2 Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1149) (1:1000; lower panel). Detection: chemiluminescence.
